Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn socks in their initial packaging to ensure they remain protected during the transit process.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
